If you’re a fan of fuzzy, fast punk heavily influenced by The Ramones, Green Day, Marked Men, and Descendants — then we’ve got a present for you…
New Bedford punk-trio Moist Boy — comprised of Meyer Brown (guitar, vocals), Tyrell Pina (bass), and Nate Rapoza (drums) — made their Brooklyn debut last summer at Gutter Bar while supporting their self-released EP Moist Boy in July 2018, and are returning to Gutter Bar again this Saturday, April 20th (4/20 wuddup) with Taking Meds, Answering Machine, and Mala Vista.
To hold you over until then, we’re very excited to premiere their new video for “Pig Sty,” which was filmed, edited, and directed by Max Van Dyck (Turkey Boy Productions).
Moist Boy was recorded by Meyer Brown at Space 63, Wamsutta Mills in New Bedford, MA; mixed, mastered by Clinton Lisboa; and self-released on June 27, 2018. Cassettes are available on their Bandcamp or at any of their upcoming shows:
